Challenge
Maintain existing scale of home within the neighborhood context, but open and brighten the home to accomodate a family of five.
Solution
Skylights! Reconfigure floor plan to accomodate more flow between the living / dining / kitchen spaces. Enhance views to the exterior with large openings and easy access to the exterior.
