Open up a dark and cut up 2 bedroom floor plan that turns it’s back on the west facing backyard. Add a second story Primary Suite.
Solution
Connect the kitchen/dining spaces to the backyard. Redefine the proportions of the home with a second story addition & consistent window rythem.
