Challenge
A gem of a corner location meant Verve gets ample outdoor seating but the tradeoff is a slightly too small footprint on the interior of an awkwardly shaped space in a dated building from the 80’s with no plumbing anywhere nearby.
Solution
Orienting the entire space to face out the Southern facade, all windows and doors were replaced creating a much brighter and efficient interior with materials that offer long term durability and that Scandinavian fresh vibe.
