Challenge
A store design started before covid was then redesigned to accommodate for a pickup window and easy traffic flow. How to make a store feel airy and light while maintaining function and efficiency within a teeny tiny footprint?
Solution
Orienting the entire space to face out Manhattan Beach Blvd maximizes the view into the store from the expansive storefront. The linear bar jogs to allow for the order area to literally jump out at you without requiring signage. Simple seating options with maximum light.
