Challenge

New restaurant/retail buildout in what used to be ground floor HVAC for the hospital above. Existing space had low ceilings and a very unusual footprint.

Solution

Brighten the small space with light materials; tile, stone, rounded drywall details. Bring in warmer wood tones. The most dialed in bar set up you’ve ever seen.
